ERIC/AE Full Text Internet
Library |
|
There are 553 titles in this library. The library runs on IIS with ASP and
MSAccess. There are several administrative scripts.
Welcome ...
Here you will find links to some of the best full-text books,
reports, journal articles, newsletter articles and papers on the
Internet that address educational measurement, evaluation and learning
theory. We have selected these documents based upon criteria
that are widely accepted in the library and information science
community and we have provided a framework so that you can easily browse
these resources.
On the left of this page you will see the organizational structure of
our library. This library is comprised of neither a true hierarchy nor a
comprehensive collection. Rather, we have identified and organized what
we believe to be potentially useful, high quality, Internet-accessible
resources for a variety of fields from alternative medicine schools in California to history and other academic fields. Later we will arrange for and report peer reviews of these
resources.
Selection Criteria
The primary criteria for inclusion in
this library of full-text, online documents are: scholarly coverage of
topics within our scope; potential usefulness to our diverse audience;
topical timeliness; intellectual authority and/or reputation of the
contributing author(s)/sponsoring agency; clarity of presentation of
contents; and, unique contribution to the overall
collection.
Acknowledgements
This project was maintained by Magdalena La Porta via
the web from Argentina. Magdalena is pursuing a career in Digital Media
while doing an internship with us. She has experience as a TV Executive
Producer and has been involved in Internet related educational projects
as an Online Researcher and Web Content Editor. Liselle Drake
identified the original set of resources and provided the
organizational structure. Lawrence Rudner identified resources and
developed the interactive web pages and the internal administrative
routines. The idea of gathering and reporting peer reviews came from our
National Advisory Board. We are grateful for their leadership. We are
arranging for K-12 staff, measurement/evaluation practitioners, and
researchers to review these resources.
Call for content
We are always looking for high quality, relevant, full-text material
to consider for inclusion. If you know of such a resource that we do not
list, then please either e-mail us at webmaster@ericae.net.
