Submit your paper electronically to ERIC/AE

 You can submit your paper for possible inclusion in the ERIC database either via postal mail, e-mail or the form at the bottom of this page.

For postal submissions, please send a completed ERIC Reproduction Release Form and two print copies of your paper to

Postal submission are preferred to ensure completeness of the document.

For electronic submissions, you can either send your paper as an attachment to submit@ericae.net or you can upload your paper using this form (Netscape 3.0+ or Internet Explorer 4.0+ required). We will print your paper locally on a HP4000 printer. We prefer .pdf format, but can probably print from just about any file format.

If you upload your paper, please be sure your paper is in a self-contained file and all parts (cover page, references, appendices) as we will archive the paper as received. Do NOT send papers marked DRAFT as they will automatically be rejected.

We will still need you to complete the ERIC Reproduction Release Form (RRF). This gives us permission to provide a copying service. You can FAX a completed RRF to us at 301 405-8134. You must either mail the RRF form to us at the address below (preferred) or FAX it to that number. Otherwise we will have a hard time placing the release with your document.

By submitting a paper to ERIC using this form, you are asserting that you have the right to do so.
